Saint Lucia Citizenship by Investment Program (Government Contribution) Qualifications & Requirements

There are a number of requirements that should be met in order to qualify for the Saint Lucia Citizenship by Investment Program. The applicant must:

• Be over 18 years old.
• Have no criminal record.
• Prove possession of required investing amount.
• Not be subject to an alert issued for the purposes of refusing entry in the territorial space of countries with which St. Lucia has signed an agreement in this regard.

Qualified Family Members:

• No requirements for the spouse of the main applicant
• Children above the age of 18
• Unmarried children from the age of 18 and 30
• Children who are physically and mentally disabled and fully supported by the main applicant.
• Parents and Grandparents of the main applicant aged above 65 who are fully supported by the main applicant.

Governmental Fees:

• The main applicant: USD $100,000.
• The spouse of the main applicant: USD $165,000.
  
• Any additionally qualified applicant: USD $25,000.

Diligence fees:

• The main applicant: USD $7,500
• Spouse of the main applicant: USD $5,000
